IGNOU BSCG Fee Structure
- Total Fee is Rs. 13,500 and should be paid year wise @ Rs.4,500 per year.
- But in First Year, total fee to be paid including Registration Fee of Rs.200 is Rs.4,700.
IGNOU BSCG Duration
- The Minimum year is 3 years and Maximum year is 6 years.
- In this programme, you can get admission in both July and January session.
IGNOU BSCG Eligibility
Any student of 10+2 with Science Stream can get admission in this programme.

IGNOU Offers Bachelor’s Degrees in Science in the following Disciplines:

Total Credits in bscg is 132. Every student have to complete 132 credits in minimum 3 years ( 6 semesters), that means 22 credits per semester.
For completing these 132 credits, you have to select your courses from the following categories of courses:

b) Discipline Specific Electives (DSE)
c) Ability Enhancement Compulsory Courses (AECC)
d) Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC)
A learner can choose any of the three disciplines as per interest from the above disciplines for completing BSc programme. Once chosen, he/she has to take Core Courses and Discipline Specific Elective Courses from those three Disciplines ONLY in all the semesters.

IGNOU BSCG Semester Wise Syllabus 2024 in detail
In this section, we will see the ignou bscg syllabus 2024 semester-wise in a tabular form.
- Here I+II Semester means Ist Year.
- III+IV Semester means 2nd Year.
- V+VI Semester means 3rd Year.
Few things are very important to know before selecting courses in any semester/ Year and these are:
- The students have to select any Three Disciplines for study as per their interest in which they want to obtain their bachelor’s degree in Science.
- They have to make a conscious decision of choosing the Disciplines they want to study since the Disciplines once chosen in first semester will have to be studied in the subsequent semesters also.
